GROUP HISTORY

With BPO call center operations for communications infrastructure company as a start, MAYA GROUP has been building a foundation in the HR solution business. Also, triggered by foreign advanced technology, we began to deal with mobile communications and have been developing the ICT solution business as well.

2011

  • Feb.

    Established MAYA SYSTEM, Inc.

  • May

    Obtained the license number for specified worker dispatching undertakings.

2012

  • July

    Relocated our head office to Taito-ku, Tokyo.

2013

  • Oct.

    Obtained the license number for fee-charging employment placement business.

2014

  • July

    Opened the first branch office in Kansai.
    ・Currently MAYA STAFFING Kansai Branch.

2015

  • Feb.

    Relocated our head office to Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

  • June

    Obtained the license number for General Worker Dispatching Undertakings.

  • Sep.

    Started BPO business.
    ・Opened Ikebukuro branch office.

  • Dec.

    Established MAYA FOODIA, Inc.
    ・Aimed at providing employee benefits.
    ・Currently MAYA LIFE STYLE, Inc.

2016

  • Jan.

    Started IT business.
    ・Initiated Cloud SIM technology business.
    ・Launched a rental service for the Wi-Fi router, "jetfi."

  • Feb.

    Obtained approval for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Management Innovation Plan.

  • Mar.

    Established MOVIMAS, Inc.
    ・To provide IoT services for smart agriculture.
    ・Currently MAYA SUSTAINERGY, Inc.

  • Apr.

    Relocated our head office to Shinjuku Nomura Buliding.

2017

  • Oct.

    Established MAYA STAFFING, Inc.
    ・Split from the HR business.
    ・MAYA SYSTEM, Inc. will specialize in the IT business.

2018

  • Jan.

    Acquired FREETEL's smartphone business. (MAYA SYSTEM)

  • Feb.

    Established MAYA HOLDINGS, Inc.
    Established MAYA VIETNAM CO., LTD.
    ・A local subsidiary based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

  • May

    Received the WSN-IoT AWARD 2018 Special Prize. (MOVIMAS)
    ・Recognized for efforts in revitalizing abandoned farmland and greenhouses with a partner company.

  • June

    Obtained antique permit number. (MAYA SYSTEM)

  • Aug.

    Launched Japan's first borderless smartphone with Cloud SIM, "jetfon." (MAYA SYSTEM)
    ・A SIM card-free smartphone.
    ・Supports data communications in over 100 countries and regions worldwide.

  • Oct.

    Increased capital through a third-party allotment to uCloudlink Group, Inc. (MAYA SYSTEM)

2019

  • Apr.

    Established MAYA ENGINEERING, Inc.
    ・Acquired Well Communication Planning, rebranded it as MAYA ENGINEERING.
    ・Commenced offering office ICT solutions.

  • Oct.

    Started developing and selling the original Wi-Fi router "Smafi MS01." (MAYA SYSTEM)
    ・Thin and lightweight smart router.
    ・Equipped with translation and maps applications.

2020

  • Mar.

    Established MAYA NET SOLUTIONS, Inc.
    ・Focus on IoT and communication network businesses.

  • 5月

    Opened Hokkaido Branch. (MAYA STAFFING)
    ・The seventh domestic branch as part of nationwide expansion.

  • June

    Launched "YT60," a multi-carrier compatible wireless IoT adapter for ISDN/ADSL migration. (MAYA NET SOLUTIONS)
    ・The first Japan-made Cloud SIM device.

    NTT MEDIASUPPLY CO., LTD. launched "DoRACOON."

  • Feb.

    Started DX business. (MAYA SYSTEM)
    ・Handling the next-generation IFP "MAXHUB" as an authorized importer in Japan.

  • Aug.

    Relocated our head office to Shinjuku Sumitomo Buliding.
    Established MAYA SUSTAINERGY, Inc.
    ・Changed the trade name, MOVIMAS to MAYA SUSTAINERGY.
    ・Started to run a business that combines agriculture and welfare work at a farm in Hachimantai, Iwate.

    Opened a BPO center in Morioka City. (MAYA STAFFING)

    Established a joint venture "MAYA MIRAI, Inc." (MAYA STAFFING)
    ・Running a global HR business in partnership with bun.style, a company specializing in Japanese language education.

    Released the successor model "YT65." (MAYA NET SOLUTIONS)
    ・Cloud SIM compatible, equipped with VPN functionality and autonomous recovery function for IoT.

2022

  • Feb.

    Certified as a registered support organization for specific skills. (MAYA MIRAI)

    Started planning and developing the mobile Wi-Fi router "jetfi MR1." (MAYA SYSTEM)

    Launched the tower router "YT40." (MAYA NET SOLUTIONS)

    Started RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business. (MAYA STAFFING)
    Acquired ISO/IEC 27001 certification. (MAYA STAFFING)

    Opened a BPO center in Osaka City. (MAYA STAFFING)
